At Lazy Girl, we want you to love your skincare products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

✅ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

✅ Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ We do not accept returns on used, opened, or final-sale items due to hygiene reasons.

 

2. How to Request a Return/Refund

 

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email info@lazygirlus.com with your order number and reason for the return.

2️⃣ Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3️⃣ Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.

 

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

 

🚫 Opened or used products

🚫 Gift cards & promotional items

🚫 Items purchased from third-party retailers (contact them directly)

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the issue. We will replace your order at no additional cost.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

 

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. If you haven’t received yours, check with your bank or payment provider. If issues persist, contact us for assistance.
